WHAT IS REIKI

 Reiki is a Japanese word ( pronounced ray- key ), and is used in Japan to describe many types of healing. It is using the energy that flows through everything, be it crystals, plants and even ourselves. Reiki goes to where it is needed and works on all levels, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically. Reiki can help find the root cause of the problem.

Reiki is a simple and natural healing method which allows you to absorb more life force energy. It is nature's magic that flows in a powerful form through the hands of the Reiki Practitioner into the body of the client. The Reiki Practitioner is used as a channel for this wonderful energy to flow through, so no energy is drained from the Practitioner at all, in fact, he/she will also receive some at the same time.

The Practitioner is trained to detect where in the body, the chi has become blocked or congested with toxins. Reiki energy then opens the meridians that runs through our bodies and allows stagnant energy and toxins to dissolve.

Every treatment can be experienced differently, you may feel heat, coldness, tingling sensations, in different areas, or see colours in your minds eye.
 
A Reiki treatment takes place in my Therapy Room, Surrounded by powerful crystals, candles and soft music. A full treatment can last up to 1 hour.  I also combine Crystals with Reiki for a powerful  session.

To become a channel for Reiki,you must first be attuned by a Reiki Master, there are three levels which consist of First Degree, Second Degree and Third Degree. These attunements are healing within themselves,as you become more open to the Universal Life Force, you will go through a cleansing process, which also helps you on all levels just the same as a Reiki treatment.

The First Degree (Reiki 1) is your first attunement which helps you begin your special journey with Reiki. You will be able to give Reiki to yourself, family and friends, plus your pets. Reiki can also be used to clear, energise and program your crystals, energise plants, herbal potions to name but a few.

The Second Degree (Reiki 2) is at Practitioner level. This attunement increases healing power four-fold and you can use three of the Reiki symbols during your Reiki session. You will also be able to give Reiki by absence/distant, scanning the body and beaming Reiki plus more.

The Third Degree (Master/Teacher) this attunement is sixteen times more powerful. You can then pass attunements onto others. This level is a huge responsibility. It is a major life commitment, lifting your energy and consciousness to a far higher level than you have ever experienced before. 

REIKI ATTUNEMENTS of the Usui System of Natural Healing.

Attunements are performed in classes of two people, if you have a group then the Reiki 1 class will also be two days, weekends only. Master Training is on a one-to-one basis

I have decided to keep my fees for attunements low and affordable, as my view is prices have become too high and out of reach. All I ask from my students, is that you keep your prices affordable also, and respect Reiki. 

FIRST DEGREE -: 1 Day 9.30-6pm. Please inquire for price 

After your Attunement and training, you will be able to perform Reiki on yourself, family, friends, pets and plants. There will be extensive practice of hand positions, short Reiki techniques and self healing techniques. Your Reiki attunement process will take place inside a Crystal Grid. Manual and Certificate at the end of course. Extra training and support also available at Reiki Meetings. 

SECOND DEGREE -: 2 Day's 10.00am-5.00pm Please inquire for price 

This course is open to all who have been First Degree students for at least three months, and would like to practice at Practitioner Level. The course content includes a Reiki Attunement inside a Crystal Grid,  practice in using symbols, distant healing, scanning, beaming, plus cleansing, energising, and programming crystals with Symbols. Case histories will be given to help build confidence and experience. Certificate and manual included.

REIKI MASTER/TEACHER TRAINING -: 1 Day, plus attendance to two Reiki classes and a supervised attunement. 10.00-5pm Please inquire for price 

Open to all who have practiced Reiki for at least twelve months. You will receive Master Attunement in a Crystal grid, learn Master and Tibetan symbols, gain training in attunement process, aura clearing, distant healing with Reiki and Channelling crystals, plus how to create a Reiki class, to name a few.  Reiki Masters Manual and Certificate will be given after completing all requirements.

CRYSTAL REIKI WORKSHOP -: 2 full day's workshop, Available soon  

REIKI MEETINGS -: £2.00 toward cost of hall 

Open to all Reiki levels to share experiences, plus further training. Held regularly. Booking Essential.
